Q. Do you offer offline pickup?

A. We are located in the Vancouver, Canada area.

Offline pickup may be available by appointment only.

Please contact us through the Contact Us form before placing your order to confirm availability.

Q. Can I request an exchange if I ordered the wrong item?

A. We’re happy to review exchange requests made within 24 hours of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in new condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Please note that some items are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchanges unless defective. If you’re unsure about an item, feel free to reach out before purchasing — we’re happy to help.

Q. Can I return a non-defective item?

A. Returns for non-defective items are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Final sale items are not eligible for returns unless defective.

Q. What should I do if my item is defective or damaged?

A. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us through the Contact Us form as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.
